Community Training Homes promote positive relationships that foster growth and independence in a community setting. In this setting a community member becomes a licensed care provider who can live in a home with the individual. He or she can help get the person involved in the neighborhood and participate in the life of both the natural family and the Community Training Home family.
One of the goals is to assist the person master important living skills and work toward their individual goals. The Provider plays an active role in the individual's team and the collaborative development of the support plan
The matching process allows us to look at similar interests and backgrounds to ensure a compatible match between the Provider and the individual. Marrakech, Inc. will also assist you throughout the licensing process and arrange for you to receive training in a variety of health and safety areas.
